I.Thawing & Surimi Preprocessing System

Preprocessing System

Low-Temperature Thawing Tank
- Function: Gently thaws block-frozen surimi to a semi-soft state (-5~0°C) without protein denaturation.
- High-Quality Features:
  - Precise temperature control (±1°C) via a recirculating water system for uniform thawing.
  - Stainless-steel tank with food-grade coating, ensuring corrosion resistance and easy sanitation.
Vacuum Cutter Mixer
- Function: Emulsifies thawed surimi with additives (salt, sugar, starch, etc.) into a homogeneous paste.
- High-Quality Features:
  - Twin-shaft vacuum mixing: Minimizes air bubbles, enhancing gel strength (≥800 g·cm).
  - Jacketed cooling system: Maintains paste temperature ≤10°C to prevent protein thermal degradation.

II. Precision Forming System

Metering & Feeding Module
- Function: Delivers surimi paste steadily to the forming unit, controlling weight per roll (30–50 g).
- High-Quality Features:
  - Twin-screw volumetric pump: Flow accuracy ±1%, with real-time pressure sensor feedback.
  - Dampened flow buffer: Eliminates pulsation for consistent material discharge.
Roll-Forming Mechanism (Steel Rod System)
- Core Components:
  - Forming mold: Features precision cavities (Ø20–30 mm) and a cam-actuated ejector.
  - Grooved rolling drum: Rubber-lined surface (friction coefficient ≥0.8) for secure surimi adhesion.
- Forming Principle:
  - Steel rod rotates clockwise while drum rotates counterclockwise, rolling surimi into a cylinder via bidirectional friction.

III. Baking & Setting System
