STEP 1: Bleeding

STEP 4: Trimming

STEP 5:Checking
Check if there is still pin bone left in the fillet.
STEP 6: Grading
Before packaging, the fillets are divided into different grades according to their weight. Fish grading machine will be used in this step.
STEP 7: Washing
Place the fish fillets in ozone filled water for disinfection and sterilization, while cleaning the fish meat debris.
STEP 8: Freezing
Put the fish fillets into quick freezer and quickly freeze them.
STEP 9:Glazing
Place the frozen fish fillets in cold water to create a thin layer of ice coating on the surface of the fish fillets.
STEP 10: Vacuum packaging
Place the fish fillet in a plastic bag and use a vacuum packaging machine for packaging.
STEP 11: Metal detecting
The presence of metallic substances in food is strictly prohibited. This step uses a metal detector machine to detect whether the food is mixed with metal substances.
STEP 12: Boxing
Put the vacuum-packaged fish fillets into a cardboard box and seal them with tape.
